The Heart Behind Pho Sure
Pho Sure was inspired by the vibrant food culture of Saigon, where Nina Tran grew up surrounded by the flavors and traditions of Vietnamese cooking. After moving to Valencia, she brought those recipes with her and opened Pho Sure to share authentic Vietnamese cuisine with the community. The restaurant reflects the variety and balance that define Vietnamese food, with dishes that highlight fresh herbs, carefully prepared meats, rich broths, and bold yet balanced flavors. At Pho Sure, every plate is prepared with quality ingredients and a respect for the traditions that make Vietnamese cuisine so distinctive.

At Pho Sure, our story began in a family kitchen, where the fragrance of star anise and charred ginger filled the air and Vietnamese cooking was part of everyday life. The recipes we use today come from traditions that have been passed down and refined over time, built on patience, care, and a deep appreciation for the vibrant flavors of Vietnam. When we opened Pho Sure in Valencia, our goal was to bring those traditions with us and share the dishes we grew up enjoying with the community.
